Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
*As of April 24, 2024, project is Under Construction. Construction started sometime January-February of this year 2024. The owner has determined a prequalified list of General Contractors. seeking qualified proponents to construct a 15MG sewer collection system storage. The storage facility is designed to capture wet-weather storm related runoff from major storm events that otherwise would result in SSO events die to sever collection system hydraulic overload. Last Date for Q & A 12/9/21 12:00 PM Department Watershed Management As of January 20, 2022, addenda have been issued and they were not issued as separate attachments. Instead they were updated on the actual solicitation packet. Addendum 1 updated the drawings found within the packet. Addendum 2 extended the bid due date to 2/9/2022, added the safety record form found on page 9. Addendum 2 also included information about the upcoming release of Addendum 3 which will have QA and be posted to the website as a separate document.
