Shortlist Confirmed The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide a quality playground for ages 5 -12, including design, installation of equipment and surfacing for Lanierland Park, 6115 Jot Em Down Road, Cumming, GA 30028. The area for the new playground is approximately 3,776 sqft in a round shape as indicated on the provided site plan. The County is seeking a playground supplier to design the playground, provide the proposed equipment/surfacing, and install the new equipment, surfacing and subbase. All interested and qualified firms are invited to submit a formal proposal with pricing information to accomplish the Scope of Forsyth County as an additional insured, as well as Performance and Payment Bonds. It is the County's intent that this Request for Proposal ("RFP") permit competition. It shall be the offeror's responsibility to advise the Procurement Agent, in writing, if any language, specification, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single source.
