Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

City of Cumming Department of Utilities Distribution and Collection Division Request for Proposal Shop Parking Lot Project The City of Cumming is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the Distribution and Collection Division Shop Parking Lot. Questions regarding the project should be directed to Jon Heard, 404-379-4641 or jon.heard@cityofcumming.net. Proposals are legal and binding upon submission. All proposals to be submitted in duplicate. Proposals will be awarded at a later date. This project includes the removal of old asphalt pavement, site grading to improve drainage, installation of curb and gutter, installation of curb-only around facilities, paving the parking lot, striping the parking lot, installation of two storm drain inlet pedestals, grassing, E and S control, and other items as deemed necessary by the contractor. Project includes all other materials and labor not described herein
