**As of April 14, 2022, project was awarded to Texas Sterling Construction Company , awarded amount is $7,120,020.26.** The Project consists of approximately 3700 linear feet of street improvements including 516 linear feet of bridge and 700 linear feet of channel excavation and related appurtenances. Schroeder, PE, RPLS,pschroeder@vickreyinc.com Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9am- 4pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Document The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Electronic copies are available on Microsoft "One Drive" online cloud service upon request (as portable document format (PDF) files) by emailing Karen Hopper at khopper@vickreyllc.com. No refund will be made for plan sets that are returned.
