The City of Cibolo is accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the Cibolo Valley Drive: Rehabilitation and Repairs - Old Wiederstein Rd to Every Day Way Road pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapters 252 and 271. The improvements include the rehabilitation and repairs to Cibolo Valley Drive from Old Wiederstein Road to Everyday Way Road. Cibolo Valley Drive is an arterial road with 62 width pavement section, running north to south though the center of the City of Cibolo. Rehabilitation work will include the excavation and removal of existing asphalt and base material, the compaction of subgrade sections, followed by placement of new base and asphalt. Repair work will include the removal of existing asphalt, re-compaction of existing base, followed by placement of new asphalt. The project road length is approximately 15,750 l.f. (~3 miles). Bidders are required to submit Three (3) hard copies and One (1) electric copy (in pdf format on a flash drive) of the Bid Documents in a sealed envelope clearly identified as: Bid Proposal For: CIBOLO VALLEY DRIVE: REHABILITATION AND REPAIRS - OLD WIEDERSTEIN RD. Wage Decision - Respondent shall meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract and shall reference the wage deci- sion included in this solicitation Any changes to Plans, Specifications, and Special Conditions will be included in an addendum.
