Renovation of an educational facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pre-Qualification: Yes . Replacement of building automation system and terminal unit controllers with new controllers which will provide an open system protocol per BACnet ANSI/ASHRAE 135. Provide all open licenses and all drivers needed to communicate with new and legacy control devices, including MODFBUS and BACnet. 2. Remove the remaining pneumatic controls in affected buildings and replace them with new electronic DDC field devices, wiring, hardware, software, and programming, reestablishing the existing sequences of operation. 3. Where controllers for VAV boxes are replaced, remove the existing VAV program, and substitute a new program, as used by VAV boxes which have already been converted. 4. With the above changes, rewrite the building automation system graphics as needed to correctly show the monitoring and control of building HVAC systems
