Renovation of an educational facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 25, 2022, a construction manager at risk has been awarded and the project is still under evaluation with the owner. A timeline for construction will not be established until evaluations are completed. Evaluations and documents are expected to be completed and issued around mid-November, 2022, at which time, the project will be placed out for bidding. Construction Manager Services for renovation of the Dwan Variety Club Cardiovascular Research Center, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. Refer to the Request for Proposal documents (found in the Attachments tab) for full project details/requirements.
