Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2022 Bid Schedule [A] includes the procurement and installation of new medium-voltage, automatically controlled, pad-mounted utility switchgear, new sectionalizing enclosure, and appurtenant accessories including conduit, conductors, and pre-cast mounting pad. The bid includes communications, cabling, and programming to enable switch monitoring on the existing building management system. Contractor will provide landscaping for any disturbed areas to return the site to original condition. The bid shall include all ancillary materials, testing, and labor for a complete installation. Bid Schedule [B] includes the procurement and installation of approximately 960 feet of medium-voltage conductors and directionally bored conduit, associated medium-voltage terminations at the switch and sectionalizers.
