Remodeling of an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
This project will consist of architectural & engineering services for the remodel and expansion of the Tech Center building at Solutions Way campus, NWCCD. The consultant will work with the Construction Management and NWCCD in designing the expansion and remodel which will be approximately 25,000 sf of updated space. Project Completion date: Substantial Completion of remodel will be July of 2024. Selection will be in accordance with Wyoming Law (W.S. 9-2-1027 through 9-2-1033) and Federal Regulations. Firms must also comply with W.S. 33-4-101 through 33-4-117 and 33-29-401 through 33-29-602.This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
