Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Pulaski, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing improvements to the existing water distribution system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the date of the opening of bids.
