Renovation of a mixed-use development in California, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting price quotes for the material, service, tools, delivery, and labor required to inspect, evaluate, trouble shoot, and make repairs to a wood cistern and associated liner. The cistern tanks currently installed at this site are 15,000 gallon tanks, having a 12'3" outside diameter with a nominal stave of 20', fitted with a 60-mil flexible PVC liner The services provided will be inspection, evaluation of the existing cistern tanks and liners, and recommendation on repairs. The contractor will be expected to provide a cost estimate for these services and repairs based on the hourly rates and material mark ups as indicated on the pricing sheet. The contractor will be responsible for all permits as needed. WARRANTY - The product specified shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year and for a period of 2 years for all parts. Warranty period shall start from date of installation as stated on warranty card. Vendor will provide a signed W9 with quote
