Selkirk NY, 12158, Pine Bush Pump Station, 136 Fuller Rd. Albany, NY 12205 Loudonville Reservoir, 301 Albany Shaker Rd., Loudonville, New York, 12211. This contract period will be one-year (1), and it is estimated that a total of 176,000 gallons would be purchased over the course of that year. The product shall be Sodium Hypochlorite as manufactured by United Mineral & Chemical Corporation, Linderhurst N.J., C.B.Lind, General Chemical Corporation, Syracuse NY, K J. Ficek, Carus Chemical Company, Ottawa, Ill. or equal manufacturer meeting ANSI/ NSF 60 standards. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required A Bid Deposit of 5% of the amount of the total bid is required. Submit a certified check or bank draft made payable toTreasurer, City of Albany. A bid bond is acceptable. If the bid deposit is not submitted with the bid, the bid may be deemed incomplete and will not be considered. The City does not require a performance bond. he successful bidder must comply with Sections 220-223 of the New York State Labor Law and/or section 42-161 of the Code of the City of Albany pertaining to the Albany Living Wage Ordinance.
