Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1.45% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 2.78% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3.70% All work shall be in accordance with construction drawings and specifications. Contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid and should be prepared to anticipate a value in excess of $ 2,000,000 for this project. Please note that this project is a Single Prime Contract exempt from the Wicks Law. All work on this Contract is to be completed by the following dates for each venue - Casey Stadium Field - Start Thurs, June 06, 2024, Substantial Completion Weds, July 31, 2024 and Rec Field - Start Mon. May 13, 2024, Substantial Completion Fri., Aug 19, 2024.
