Renovation of a water / sewer project in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Repainting of the existing 250,000 gallon elevated steel spheroid reservoir including complete removal and replacement of the wet interior coating system, interior dry coating system, and exterior coating system. The work will require the installation of a temporary containment system, miscellaneous structural improvements, fall protection equipment, electric mixer, stand-by generator, associated electrical wiring, as well as the installation of approximately 40 lineal feet of buried storm sewer, pre-cast catch basin, concrete flume, erosion control and restoration. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 15, 2022 No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. BIDDER agrees that the Work will be substantially completed on or before October 15, 2022 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before November 15, 2022. Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price
