Solid White, CL. 2, Type A Traffic Stripes 779 L.F The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his/her BID security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful BIDDER will be required to submit 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. All BIDDERS must comply with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work for which a proposal is submitted. The submission of the BIDDER's current State of Alabama License number will be required before his/her BID will be received or considered and shall be written on the outside of the envelope in which BID is submitted. No BIDDER may withdraw his/her BID within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. This Contract shall include the performance of any and all work, and the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, fuels, oils, tools, and equipment to completely install and fully complete the project entitled Saulter Road Sidewalk, the total cost of which shall be the full responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor hereby agrees that the entire project shall be completed in accordance with the Specifications, and in adherence with the provisions of the Contract Documents as defined, all of which form this Contract.
