Approximate quantities for the work include: ITEM DESCRIPTION 1. 84" Storm Pipe Cast Rehab - 1.5" Thick 171 L.F. 2. 60" Storm Pipe Cast Rehab -1.5" Thick 176 L.F. Payment for plans Is the responsibility of the Contractor. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any lnformalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his/her BID security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All BIDDERS must comply with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work for which a proposal is submitted. The submission of the BIDDER'S current State of Alabama License number will be required before his/her BID will be received or considered and shall be written on the outside of the envelope In which BID is submitted. No BIDDER may withdraw his/her BID within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Pre-Bid Conference: No pre-bid conference will be held. Bidding contractors may contact the Department of Engineering & Zoning directly with questions.
