As of August 31, 2023, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. Scope of Work: The project scope includes site and landscape construction near the southeast corner of the Saulter Road and South Wellington Road intersection. Construction of a sidewalk, asphalt drive, playground sub-surface, erosion control, and landscaping is included in the project scope. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each BIDDER must deposit with his/her BID security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful BIDDER will be required to submit 100% Performance Bonds. All BIDDERS must comply with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work for which a proposal is submitted. The submission of the BIDDER's current State of Alabama License number will be required before his/her BID will be received or considered and shall be written on the outside of the envelope in which BID is submitted. No BIDDER may withdraw his/her BID within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Questions concerning the bid documents shall be sent via email to cale.smith@homewoodal.org.
