This project includes full rehabilitation of the tank interior wet area and exterior surfaces, localized repairs to interior dry areas, and other tank repairs and improvements. This bidder shall provide all material and labor necessary to perform the installation as per the construction documents and specifications. The Contract will allow 90 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed and interim milestone of tank out of service for 30 calendar days. Bidders shall not be permitted to ask questions about the project while on the site visit and the MCMUA will not respond to any such questions during the site tours. Any questions shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the Contract Documents. There will not be a question and answer portion to the site visit. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security, by way of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, made payable to the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority ("MCMUA") Prospective Bidders are cautioned not to rely solely on this Notice to Bidders in preparing their Bids, but to read the Bid Documents in their entirety and comply with all bidding requirements set forth therein.
