2024 Water and Sewer Systems Emergency Repair Services Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said check or bond need not be more than $20,000.00. This contract does not, however, require a Performance Bond.
