Site work and paving for a civil project in Winters, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 1.5 MG composite elevated storage tank with appurtenances, electrical, communications, and control. 325 lf of ductile iron yard piping. Three (3) 36" yard gate valves with manholes. Fire hydrant assembly with valve and piping. Site grading. 3,000 sf of concrete driveway pavement 3,500 lf of gravel access road. 812 lf of chain link fencing with 26-ft wide double swing gate. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
