Renovation of a military facility in Winters, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Install a Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS) in Building 2261, 2266, and 4022 at Ft. Sam Houston, TX. The system shall be programmed via a new access control computer. Each building will have its own independent server and client workstations. Ft. Sam Houston building will have thirty entry doors, Ft. Sam Houston building 2266 will have seventy-two entry doors, and Ft. Sam Houston building 4022 will have five entry doors with CAC Card readers in and free egress out. The door locking hardware is existing and does not need to be provided. In addition, Contractor will conduct a site inspection to ensure all locking hardware is operational and any discrepancies found will be noted and addressed to the customer for future repairs not included in the proposal. Also, a new HD CCTV system will be installed at Bldg 2261. The CCTV system will consist of a network video appliance for recording twelve cameras. The bid needs to include all wiring, programming & labor required to install the system. The bid needs to include electrical outlets required near the controller panel and any conduit. The bid does not need to include card holder entry other than training. No cards are to be included with quote.
