Site work and new construction of a civil project in Lynnville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 28, 2021. The project is expected to be awarded some time in February 2022. The Project consists of constructing the following: The project includes but is not limited to Construction of a lift station near the Town of Spurgeon, approximately 5 miles of horizontal directionally drilled 6-inch force main, and tie in to the Lynnville Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes all dewatering, traffic control, temporary erosion and sediment control, surface restoration, and all other work required to make fully complete and operational system. No refunds will be issued for this project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days.
