The project includes the construction of new gravity sewers, as well as curb, gutter, sidewalk, AC paving, and other appurtenant work not mentioned above, but required as part of the Contract Documents. The project does NOT have a mandatory pre-bid meeting. However the Contractor will be required to inspect the site and review the plans and specifications and determine the work to be done and the Contractors responsibilities. The Citys representatives will be available to address questions.
