Installation of Sewer Cleanouts in the residential sewer later at the back of sidewalk/right-of-way line and removal and replacement of damaged curb, gutter, sidewalk and possible residential driveways and removal and replacement of parkway trees as determined by the City. Work locations and frequency will be determined on an as-needed basis. It is expected that the successful bidder will perform work at approximately seven (7) locations as outlined on a quarterly basis. The initial contract award will be for three (3) years with two (2) one (1)-year extensions. The price for the first three years is to be fixed for the entire three (3)-year period at the unit prices bid for the various items of work. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity and to take all bids under advisement for a maximum period of 60 days.
