This project involves the removal of all hazardous materials, demolition and building envelope renovations of the Classroom Building. The existing four-story building is approximately 106,410 gsf. The work includes, but is not limited to, sequencing of work, temporary partitions, façade mockup, demolition and removals, asbestos abatement, cutting and patching, concrete, structural steel, cold-formed metal framing, exterior sheathing, metal stairs, rough carpentry, metal wall panels, metal composite panels, terra cotta, limestone, rainscreen systems, roofing, thermal protection, sealants, expansion joints, doors & hardware, windows, curtain walls, louvers, metal barrier screen & gate, fire suppression, plumbing, temporary HVAC, electrical, earthwork & site remediation. Estnated Range - $15,000,000 - $20,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Fund's projectspecific goalsfor this project are 10% MBE and 10% WBE and 3% SDV. Last day to submit RFIs is Tuesday, December 7, 2021
