Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Largo, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Southwest Recreation Complex Pool Dive Tower Reconstruction. The work consists of various types of repairs as follows: concrete repairs, removal/replacement of existing SS rails and ladders, new membrane on platforms, and re-painting. There are three add alternates. (1) Replace existing ships ladder/cage with new HDG steel (painted) to match existing. (2) Shot blast concrete surfaces (3) apply concrete sealant. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. 1. Contractor shall provide all barricades, shoring, temporary guard rails, etc., as necessary to protect the structure and safety of visitors and workers at all times. 2. Contractorstaging to be determined at the pre-construction meeting. 3. Demolition: a. Removal of concrete spall materials. b. Dust control
