A certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be required of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuc- cessful bidders. The project is to be financed by a loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board through the Department of Environmental Quality Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and shall be referred to as DWSRF Project No. P40-1020723-05.
