Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work consists of furnishing and installation of 3,135 linear feet of new 24-in water transmission main; restrained joints; air valve assemblies and concrete manholes; 24-in flow meter assembly vault; pipe, fittings, valves, and appurtenances for new standpipe and connection to the existing piping and ground storage tank; electrical and instrumentation work to connect the new flow meter to existing service and control panels; asphalt paving; and all other work as specified and shown on the Drawings. The project is located within Waterworks Road in Belton, Texas between the Bell County W.C.I.D. #1 Water Treatment Plant at 5200 Water Works Rd. and the existing Belton Ground Storage Tank near the intersection of Shiloh Terrace. which includes construction of new 24-in diameter finished water transmission main, air release structures, 24-in flow meter structure, valves, appurtenances, and new standpipe and connection to the existing Belton Ground Storage Tank. A cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to the order of the Bell County WCID No. 1, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Maximum Amount Bid must accompany each Bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into the Contract and execute forms contained in the Project Documents within seven (7) days after the Notice of Award. The Bell County WCID No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding ninety (90) days from the Bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm for that period.
