Please include in your submittal: one (1) non-bound proposal marked Original, three (3) non-bound proposal marked Copy one (1) version in MS Word/Excel and Adobe format on a flash drive The Unified Government reserves the right without contest to accept or reject any proposals or alternate proposals. Offerors must comply with all of the terms of the RFP, the Unified Government Procurement Code, and all applicable local, State, and federal laws, codes, and regulations. The procurement officer may reject any proposal that does not comply with all of the material and substantial terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the RFP.
