Specification 100-0876-2021 Project Location & Description: Village of Glendale Heights - Government Center 300 Civic Center Plaza Glendale Heights, Illinois 60139 Scope of Work: Roof Replacement Project-Sections F, G, H, I and J Prevailing Wage Rate Job & Contractor to submit Certified Payroll, Contractor must complete all Bid Documents and Bidder Requirements as required by Village of Glendale Heights in conjunction with this project, post all necessary Bid and Labor & Payment Bonds and complete all written documentation as required by the Village of Glendale Heights Ladder Access: Roof Sections I and J are only accessible by ladder (30 ft.). The Contractor shall be responsible for providing their own ladder to access, measure and evaluate these roof sections either during the Mandatory PreBid Meeting or on the subsequent follow-up date (November 18, 2021) Scope-of-Work As detailed in specifications and bid documents, the existing roof system(s) and underlying insulation are to be removed and discarded. Perimeter sheet metal, expansion joints, curb flashings, downspouts, scuppers and flashings are to be removed and discarded. Roof decking to be cleaned, repaired or replaced as per specification. Installation of vapor barrier system, new polyisocyanurate insulation, roof overlayment board and Modified Membrane roof system, flashings and accessories to be completed. Installation of new sheet metal accessories, liquid resin flashings, coatings, etc. to be completed as specified and as required by the Material Manufacturer for a fully warranted roof assembly. The Roof Replacement Program Scope of work will include identified roof sections at The Civic Center Facility.
