Q & A deadline: Dec 28, 2021 1:00:00 PM CST This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP) soliciting sealed competitive proposals from qualified vendors with the intent to award a contract for providing Solar PV racking materials for the Salt Lake City School District per the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The requirement will also include design services for the racking material to be provided for each roof. You are instructed to pay special attention to the RFP language, especially the areas that are relative to submitting your proposal including Part 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 (A,B, C, & D), Part, 2.5, and Part 3.1. Evaluation of the proposals received will be in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP document. ALSO be sure to fill out the SLCSD Request for Proposal Form. The Question and Answer period will end on Wednesday, December 23, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Any modification to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the SLCSD Purchasing Department. Only authorized and properly issued addenda shall constitute the official binding position of the SLCSD. Anyone submitting a response to this solicitation, with basis in or other communication or information received from sources other than through official addendum, assumes full risk including the possibility of a determination of non-responsiveness and may be rejected at the sole discretion of the SLCSD.
