The intent of this Adjusted Price bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work: .1 Total refurbishment to like-new condition of two escalators located in the Edmonton Provincial Law Courts Building including demolition and replacement of components as specified. .2 Modernization of escalator control system and the addition of various safety devices. .3 Provision of hoarding to protect the work area. .4 Alterations to existing wellway guarding as required to meet current codes. .5 Alterations to building lighting as required to increase lighting levels at escalator step and landing areas as required to meet codes.
