Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work of this Contract generally comprises the following: Upgrading and re-arranging kitchen equipment within the existing basement commercial kitchen, including providing new exhaust hoods above. Scope includes modifying the existing ductwork above the suspended ceilings and replacing the existing make-up air unit and exhaust fan servicing the kitchen which are located on the roof above the main floor. The new make-up air unit requires a new structural frame to be built above the existing roof surface.
