Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contractor to provide and install Natural Gas-Powered Emergency Generators with sound attenuating enclosures, reinforced concrete foundations, automatic transfer switch (ATS), load bank, if necessary, natural gas lines as shown on the plans and necessary electrical appurtenances for the emergency electrical power systems for the following lift stations: Lift Station No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 4, No. 6. Contract includes site work, modifications to existing electrical systems and all coordination with CenterPoint Energy for natural gas supply and meter as required to provide natural gas to the generators and steel platform structures for Lift Station No. 2, 3 and 4 as shown in the plans. Complete in Place. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
