Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Contractor to rehabilitate existing Lift Stations No. 3 and 4 including but not limited to, abrasive blasting and recoating of existing wet well, wet well piping and valves and replacement of stainless-steel lifting chains. Installation of cementitious lining to wet well and cracking/joint/wall repair to the interior of the wet well, as directed by Engineer. Rehabilitation of existing valve vaults including abrasive blasting, cleaning and recoating of valves, piping and miscellaneous appurtenances. The rehabilitation of the existing influent manhole at Lift Station No. 3 and 4 to include cleaning, abrasive blasting, and installation of corrosion resistant coating. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to develop a method to keep the flow lines active throughout construction. If you would like to visit the site, please contact the Operator.
