The City of Salem, Virginia, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Bidders to provide concrete ADA ramps in various locations throughout the City. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all informalities or irregularities in any proposal. The City reserves the right to award as it deems in the best interest of the City of Salem. No proposal may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Offeror must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a proposal within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
