Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the reconstruction of a drainage crossing on Tula Drive located within the City of Rio Rancho. Work includes the reconstruction of 250 LF of residential roadway, the installation of two 48-inch diameter culverts, grading and channel improvements for approximately 60 LF upstream and downstream of the crossing, curb and gutter, signing and striping, 25 CY of reinforced concrete, and other items to provide a complete and functioning project as shown in the construction drawings.
