Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is requesting formal bids for the Sabana Grande Avenue ADA Ramp Remediation Project. The project is located within the City of Rio Rancho and consists of the demolition of thirty-eight noncompliant ADA ramps and the construction of ADA Compliant ramps. It also includes the demolition of two driveway aprons and construction of ADA Compliant driveway aprons. All ramp reconstruction shall meet current ADA requirements as shown on the plans and within the NMDOT ADA Pedestrian Access Standard Details. This project is wholly or partially funded with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds, and therefore must comply with all federal procurement guidelines.
