The Award Amount Shall Be Based on the Maximum Limiting Budgeted Amount of $400,000.00 Contractor must be pre-qualified. Performance Bond: a Contract / Performance Bond Is Required for This Project. The limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $5,000,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy. The limits of coverage described herein shall apply fully to the work or operations performed under the Contract, and may not be shared with or diminished by claims unrelated to the contract. The policy/ies and coverage described herein may be subject to a deductible. Pay all deductibles as required by the policy. No policy/ies or coverage described herein may contain or be subject to a Retention or a Self-Insured Retention. -The Improvements, implemented by individual Task Work Order(s)/Work Document(s) under this Contract, consist of, but are not limited to, roadway construction, intersection improvements, roadway signing and pavement marking throughout Broward County. -Original contract time is 730 days. This is not a renewable contract. -Maximum Dollar amount for this contract is $1,000,000.00. -The Summary of Pay Items for each project is listed in the plans. -The contractor must be pre-qualified under 3Flexible Paving -Pre-Bid Meeting is not required. -The duration of each Work Order under this contract will be per Contract Documents.
