Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sunrise, Florida. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project proposes to rehabilitate lift station 122 located on NW 25th Court, refurbishment of lift stations 119, 120, and 156 that feed into lift station 122, force main improvements, and watermain improvements. As part of the City's ongoing maintenance of its infrastructure, it is necessary to upgrade aging systems in order to improve system wide reliability to our customers. Project is included City of Sunrise FY 2022-2026 CIP. Per the owner, as of December 23, 2021, this will be a design-build contract. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
