Scope of Work: The work covered by these specifications comprises, in general, the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and performing all operations to demolish certain existing elements and to construct all proposed Oscar Wind Park improvements for the City of Sunrise as described and specified further in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Contract Drawings. Generally, the proposed program elements are: Perimeter fencing and sidewalk Open space play field with drainage Asphalt pathway system and modification to existing asphalt pathway Parking lot modifications and additions with lighting Internal vehicular connection between Oscar Wind Park and Sawgrass Sanctuary New playground and shade sailsLocation: Work is located in the City of Sunrise 200 N New River Cir, Sunrise, FL 33326.Qualification Requirement: The vendor shall have the following: Florida Certified General Contractor's License. The vendor must have worked on 3 projects over the past 5 years of similar size and scope and provide verifiable references for these projects. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement. The pre-bid conference and Site Visit will be held concurrently. Contractors are responsible for bringing any required sub-contractors to this mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit. This site visit conducted by the City will be the only time Contractors will be granted access to the site.
