Renovation of a medical facility in Mauston, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project will upgrade the door controls in 7 buildings at Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC). The new door control system includes programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with necessary network hardware and door control software. Infrastructure items such as fiber optic cable, copper cable, switches, relays and related hardware will be provided. The project will upgrade the Human Machine Interface (HMI) infrastructure by providing new workstation locations, software updates and training. All potential bidders must be certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects over $50,000. In general the work consists of replacing existing door control programmable logic controllers, relays and networking equipment in multiple buildings. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Bidding Documents will be available online immediately upon the project being advertised for bid.
