Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mauston, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the work consists of: pulverizing asphalt pavement, milling or removing asphalt pavement, reconstructing asphalt pavement, excavation, removing concrete pavement, removing cast-in-place storm sewer inlet, manhole castings, removing splitblock retaining walls, sidewalk, and curb & gutter, placing base course material as necessary for excavation below subgrade, constructing new cast-in-place storm sewer inlet, placing new and adjusting existing castings as necessary, adjusting valves as necessary, decorative seat walls, placing concrete pavement, colored and stamp concrete, sidewalk, curb & gutter, paving asphalt pavement, pavement marking, site restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
