Henry County Schools is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified offerors for an installed walk-in freezer system, to include but not limited to a new freezer box, condensing units, evaporators, electrical, and complete finishing, for its Distribution Center in McDonough, Georgia. Henry County Schools utilizes but is not responsible for the operational capabilities of the Bonfire platform. It is the offerors responsibility to contact Bonfire for all support needs. Offerors are encouraged to start submissions in advance of the deadline to gain familiarity with the platform and limit risk of technical complications in the offeror's submittal. Bids shall be valid and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the deadline for submission of bids. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify and select a qualified contractor to furnish and install a walk-in freezer to include a new freezer box, condensing units, evaporators, electrical, and complete finishing, for its Distribution Center at 409 Tomlinson Street, McDonough, GA 30253. Full technical specifications are included within this solicitation on the Bonfire platform and is available for download and inspection. The scope of work associated with this solicitation is to furnish and install a walk-in freezer for the Henry County Distribution Center, 409 Tomlinson Street, McDonough, GA 30253. The walk-in freezer system specified shall be prefabricated modular construction. It shall be designed and constructed to allow efficient field assembly, disassembly, relocation and enlargement by the addition of like modular panels. Overall size of walk-in freezer shall be approximately 14 ft wide x 30 ft deep x 12 ft height to fit allocated space inside the Henry County Schools Distribution Center. It is recommended that all measurements and site conditions be field verified by offeror prior to submitting a bid.
