In this Request for Proposals (RFP), Prairie Valley School Division #208 (PVSD) is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply and installation of fire alarm systems and Emergency and Exit Lighting at Kelliher School, Whitewood School and Wolseley High School. Tender documents require interested contractors to provide separate prices for the work at each location, and a total price for the work at all three locations using two different fire alarm system manufacturers. The PVSD #208 reserves the right to award the work at each location to a separate contractor, or to award the work at all three locations to a single contractor based on cost and schedule considerations. All tenders must be accompanied by a consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of 10 per cent of the tender price. The Prairie Valley School Division #208 reserves the right to reject, in full or in part, any or all tenders received.
