The RM of Wolseley is seeking tenders for clay capping approximately four miles of road. Project details are attached to this tender, and additional details can be obtained by contacting the municipality's Foreman. 1. Clay Clap North of 33-17-08 W2 east through to North of 36-17-08 W2 - Division 4. - Approximately 4 miles. a. Mile #1 - North of 33-17-08 W2 Culverts: This section involves the removal of existing culverts and replacement with: 1- 500mm x 15m culvert 1- 800mm x 23m culvert (riprap applicable) 1- 600mm x 18m culvert; and 1- 500mm x 17m culvert b. Mile #2 - North of 34-17-08 W2 Culverts: This section involves the removal of existing culverts and replacement with: 1- 600mm x 18m 2- 600mm x 18m (one road cut for both side-by-side culverts) This section involves riprapping and adding the following lengths to the existing 900mm culverts: South Side 2- 4m 1- 5m North Side 3- 3m c. Mile #3 - North of 35-17-08 W2 Culverts: This section involves the removal of existing culverts and replacement with: 1-500mm x 20m d. Mile #4 - North of 36-17-08 W2 Culverts: This section involves the removal of existing culverts and replacement with: 1-500mm x 22m 1-500mm x 23m A 10% Bid Bond or bank draft for 10% of the tender must accompany the tender The successful tender will be required to furnish the municipality with a performance bond or a certified cheque equal to 50% of the tender amount within 15 days of the tender being accepted Work shall be carried out so that all work specified in the Contract is substantially completed by July 31, 2025.
