The City of Reading (the City) is inviting each qualified bidder (BIDDER) of cationic dry polyacrylamide polymer (DPAM), to be used for conditioning domestic wastewater sludge for gravity belt thickening and belt filter press dewatering. Clarification Deadline 12/15/2021 10:00 AM The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to accept or reject any part of any proposal that may not be in the public interest. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. This Solicitation Is for the Bids Only of the Above Project.
