Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Parma, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 60,000-square-foot transportation facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Treasure Valley Reload Center - 2021 project will include, but not be limited to, the construction of a 60,000 square foot reload facility building, office, and rail dock; construction of approximately 6,400 linear feet (LF) of new paved access roads, parking and truck unloading areas, and 23,000 LF of rail improvements; installation of water, sanitary sewer, and franchise utility improvements; and mitigation of 7.8 acres of wetlands. This Work will be divided into four contracts. Contract 2 consists of furnishing and installing approximately 23,500 LF of railroad track including, but not limited to, ballast, ties, rail, five hand-throw turnouts, two power turnouts, one roadway crossing signal, and other Work as specified and/or shown on the Drawings. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This Project is being funded in part by proceeds from the Oregon Lottery(R) through the Oregon Department of Transportation Connect Oregon Fund Program. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or at the other locations listed below.
