The following Specifications are the minimum that IDFG is willing to accept. IDFG staff will be responsible for installation of the Actuators. The Actuators must connect to a one and a half (1.5) inch stem, lifting a six (6) ft. by six (6) ft. gate. 1. Watch Technologies WT-300 Heavy-Lift Gate Actuator, standard vertical configuration, or equal. 2. Drive system – sprocket and chain (#40 chain), 1:1 – 1:2.5 ratio, stem speed flexible. 3. Torque range - twenty-two and a half (22.5) ft. lbs. to two hundred (200) ft. lbs. continuous; Forty (40) ft. lbs. to three hundred fifty (350) ft. lbs. breakaway. 4. Power – twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) VDC, seven (7) to fifteen (15) Amp-Hr./day for adjustments (twelve (12) per Hr. typical), fused torque limits. 5. Electrical panel – two (2) switches: a. (1) fixed position, toggle Hand, Off, Auto/SCADA (HOA). b. (2) manual, momentary up/down toggle, fuse holder, external twelve (12) VDC power input, hardwired limit logic. 6. Battery – twelve (12) VDC, seven (7) or ten (10) Amp-Hr. sealed lead-acid, or additional external capacity. 7. Options – stem orientation must be vertical. 8.
