Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a parking garage in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The project entails an addition or enlargement to the existing garage building. The existing building consists of four vehicle repair bays and storage/office space. Renovation is scheduled for the garage bays. Refer to the full set of drawings and specifications for demolition vs. new construction information. Owner requires the Project to be completed in one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. All bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the requirements of Chapter 40, Title 31, of the Idaho Code, as amended, concerning bidding, and bidder s security. Bidders will be required to provide bidder's security in the amount of 5% of the total bid including alternates according to the requirements Bidders are required to provide a 100% Performance Bond, and a 100% Payment Bond. 2.
